The Old Testmant, Fast Forward is another fun musical piece. It covers many Old Testament stories told with humor while preserving the overall theme of God’s unending love for us. The Connection, Chorister, Cherub, and Angel Choirs will take part in these performances during the 9:30 and 11:00am worship services.

As part of our ongoing series on The Many Faces of Worship, where we have explored the customs and practice of different strands of Christianity as well as other religions, Carol Lysne will lead a discussion on what makes worship truly meaningful for us?
All are welcome to attend.

This week, Genetic Science and the Frontiers of Ethics, by Ted Peters, Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary (part 2).
The Wednesday evening study will be taking a look at Jesus’ life, teachings, miracles, death and resurrection, and what it means to follow him today.
The Lenten focus will begin March 16, and continue on March 23, 30, April 6 and 13, from 6:30-7:30 each evening. Even if you haven’t taken part in the evening Bible studies so far, you’re invited to try them out just during Lent!

On Wednesday, April 13, Braxton Seafood Grill in Oakbrook Center will participate in Dine Away Hunger by donating 10% of their sales that day to the People's Resource Center's food pantry.
