The Young At Heart group is looking forward to going over to North Central College in Naperville to tour their new Wentz Concert Hall and Fine Arts Center on Wednesday, March 9. We will carpool from the church parking lot leaving at 9:45am and the tour will begin at 10:30am.

A delegation from our church will visit the women of UPAVIM in Guatemala City from July 6th through the 14th. This is a different kind of mission trip where we offer ourselves and our friendship rather than our building skills and material wealth.

He is currently the Resident Buddhist Teacher at the Theosophical Society. He is the author of The Meditative Path (Quest Books, 2001) and a student of the late Venerable Ajahn Chah.
Downers Grove FUMC returns to the Midwest Mission Distribution Center in Chatham, Illinois from March 2 to 4. The distribution center offers an opportunity for us to serve in our area and reach those in need around the world.
