All are welcome to join this group of seniors for lunch and a show at White Fence Farm, located at 1376 Joliet Rd. Romeoville, IL.  The price is $39 per person and includes a meal, the show That's Amore! The Dean Martin Story, tax & gratuity.  Check-in is at 11:00 a.m.. lunch at noon, and the show runs from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m.

Do you want to keep your mind steady amidst the Christmas shopping fever? Are you struggling to remember what this season is actually about? It can be nuts out there and we hear ya.

Why not take a pause and join the Women’s Bible Study group this December for a four-week Advent study? Beginning Wednesday, November 30, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 213, the group will gather to chat, pray, laugh and remember what Advent is truly about.

Tuesday, December 13, meet at the church at 4:30pm – back around 9:30pm. Bring a snack! Help us with serving a meal and the love of Christ with the neighborhood folks of the United Church of Rogers Park.

Every year, to mark Human Rights Day, hundreds of thousands of people around the world write letters and sign online petitions to help people they've never met.

This holiday season the Children and Family Work Area would like to invite
you to take a moment from the hustle and bustle of preparing for Christmas to serve in a ministry of giving to others in need at Feed My Starving Children in Aurora. This Christian organization runs high-energy sessions where we pack food for the neediest children around the world.

It will soon be time to register your child for the First United Methodist Preschool for the 2017-2018 school year. Our preschool is for children who will be either 3 or 4 years old by September 1, 2017. Classes meet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings or afternoons from late-August to mid-May.

All women of our church are invited to join in holiday fellowship at the UMW Annual Christmas Tea on December 6. There will be treats served, Christian fellowship and musical entertainment by the Downers Grove South Treble Ensemble.
