Youth Group for youth entering grades 7th through 12th in the Fall
Our annual trip to United Church of Rogers Park for youth entering grades 7 in the Fall through graduating seniors. We will be helping with the Kids Club.
The 10th Annual Downers Grove Garden Walk will give you an opportunity to view some of the most beautiful gardens in the area. The Garden Walk is a fundraiser benefitting the Bridge Board of the Downers Grove First United Methodist Church. The Bridge Board is a program partner with Bridge Communities, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose focus is to transform the lives of homeless families by guiding them to a better future.
Join us on Saturday morning as the Share Our Skills crew tackles many fix-it projects around the church. The group meets at 8:30 a.m. for coffee and then works from 9:00 to Noon. Only have an hour that day? No problem, just stop in and stay as long as you can. Many hands make light work.

The Lunch Bunch is a group of senior citizens who meet the second Wednesday (generally) of the month for fun and fellowship (and lunch).

Please join the Women’s Bible Study group on Wednesday mornings during the month of June as we read and discuss Daring Greatly: How the Courage to Be Vulnerable Transforms the Way We Live, Love, Parent, and Lead by Brene Brown.
Pastor Greta McDonald and Kelly Towey will facilitate the group. Childcare provided in nursery.
Participants should purchase the book prior to the start of the first meeting.
