7th and 8th graders are invited to Onward Bound meetings, held on the following dates in 2013 from 6:30-8PM in Open Door.

A Lenten Bible study on "The Way – Walking in the Footsteps of Jesus," will be held on Wednesday afternoons, from 1:15-2:30, in Room 213, beginning February 20.

Sunday evening fellowship starts up again on January 13th! Junior High meets in Open Door from 4-5PM, Senior High from 6-7PM. We'll meet the following dates this year:

There will be two  Senior High Mission Trip Meetings  open to all students (entering the 9th grade in the Fall through college) and adults interested in attending our trip to Hastings, MI July 21-27.

Our trip this summer will once again be organized by Group Mission Trips. We will spend the week working on homes in need of repair- completing tasks like painting, putting up drywall, building decks, etc.

The meetings are February 24th @ 12:15PM in the Open Door  and May 5th @ 12:15PM in Open Door.

Join us for six weeks of discussion and reflection as we learn about the last 24 hours of the life of Jesus. The goal is to help you better understand the events, see more clearly the theological significance of Christ's suffering and death, and reflect upon the meaning of these events in your life. The six sessions will be offered at 9:30 on Sunday mornings starting February 17, and ending on Palm Sunday, March 24.

Kingerdarten through 6th graders are invited to watch the movie Up in the church gym.

Children are welcome to wear their pajamas and bring a blanket/sleeping bag and stuffed animal.

Tivoli popcorn will be served.

All youth (6th-12th grade) are invited to attend WinterJam at Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates. We’ll meet in Open Door at 5PM and head over to the concert. Tickets are $10 at the door. This year’s artists include tobyMac, Matthew West, and Jamie Grace. Sign up in the parlor between services or RSVP by phone or email to Katie. 

Continuing our “Oscar Winners” theme, Cindy and Andrew Johnson will present The Artist, 2011’s Best Picture winner among multiple Oscar and international film awards. Shown in black and white, the film takes us back to the world of silent films in 1927.
