All youth who will be entering grades 6-12 in the fall are welcome to come and hang out at Ignite! There will be games, discussion, bible study and -of course - more games!

Wacky Wednesdays is a summer program for children entering 1st through 6th grade. The mission of this program is to bring children together for a lot of fun and fellowship in a church community. Invite your children, grandchildren, children in your neighborhood and children of friends---ALL CHILDREN ARE WELCOME!  The program meets on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and there is NO cost!

Our Senior High group is going on it's annual Mission Trip. This year we are going to Glenwood, MN, through Group Workcamps.

Sunday, July 13, 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Don't spend all summer in a dirty car!

Let the youth wash your car while you attend worship service.

All donations benefit youth ministries and youth mission trips.

The 8th Annual Downers Grove Garden Walk will give you an opportunity to view some of the most beautiful gardens in the area (for descriptions, click the file below). The Garden Walk is a fundraiser benefitting the Bridge Board of the First United Methodist Church in Downers Grove (DGFUMC). The Bridge Board is a program partner with Bridge Communities, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose focus is to transform the lives of homeless families by guiding them to a better future.

Middle School and High School Students are welcome to be Church camp Counselors-in-training or Counselors.
