Career Connect Metro West (CCMW) is an organization established to help connect unemployed and underemployed people to quality living wage jobs in western Cook, DuPage and the Fox River towns in Kane and Kendal Counties.
The DGFUMC Ignite All Youth Lock-In will be held on Friday, August 22 from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The youth will be staying in the church, playing games, learning about God and watching movies.
Incoming 6th Graders are welcome to attend from 8:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Our second Wash and Worship youth car wash will take place Sunday, August 17 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Have your car washed while you attend worship. All donations received benefit youth ministries.
The Young At Heart group invites all senior adults to join them on a paddlewheel riverboat ride on August 13. Meet in the church parking lot at 10:30 a.m. to carpool to St. Charles. The one and one-half hour riverboat ride will begin at 11:30 a.m. The cost is $27 per person. You may sign-up in the parlor on Sunday or by calling Marilou Welch at 630.968.4136 to make a reservation. All are welcome!

VBS will be from August 5 to 7. Children entering Kindergarten through 6th grade are invited to attend. The cost is $10 per child or $25 per family with 3 or more children
