This Spring all are invited to join the Environmental Stewardship Work Group in cleaning out the Prayer Garden. Invasive plants have laid claim to this space and we will work together to clean out the old to prepare for the new. For more details, please contact Sandy Parks at [email protected].
Our April offering at Friday Night at the Movies is Me Before You, a 2016 film with elements of drama, comedy, and romance intertwined in a compelling story of friendship, devotion, love, and heartbreak. Set in the United Kingdom, the story revolves around aristocratic quadriplegic Will Traynor and Louisa Clark, the young woman hired by his parents to be his caregiver.
Grab your favorite basket and hop on over to hunt for eggs inside DGFUMC! All children ages 3-12 are invited to join us. Bring the entire family and a friend or two and enjoy refreshments and fellowship following the hunt.
The fun begins in the sanctuary at 9:00 sharp so don’t be late!
Are you looking for a new way to get involved at church?
S.O.S. - Share Our Skills will now be meeting on the THIRD Saturday of each month to tackle fix-it projects around the church. The group meets at 8:30 a.m. for coffee and then works from 9:00 to Noon.
Only have an hour that day? No problem, just stop in and stay as long as you can. Many hands make light work.

These fictional accounts will help participants better understand what happened in Christ's last moments.

The Women’s Bible Study will start a new study for Lent entitled, RESTORED: Finding Redemption in our Mess by Tom Berlin. In this book, Berlin talks about the "mess" in our lives that hides our image of God and then guides readers through the process of identifying their mess, accepting responsibility for it and transforming their relationships with God and reflecting his image.
