Osvaldo is a professor of New Testament at Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, and author of Jesus, Disciple of the Kingdom: Mark's Christology for a Community in Crisis as well as a member of our congregation.

Lunch Bunch is a group of senior adults that meets monthly for a luncheon of good food and fellowship! All senior adults are welcome to join. This October the group will be visiting Harner's Bakery, Restaurant, and Catering, 10 West State Street in North Aurora.

In February of 2019, a special General Conference will be held to consider recommendations from the Commission on a Way Forward. This task force studied the Book of Discipline for text that relates to human sexuality and developed a plan to strengthen the unity of the church.
