This is a unique class that will engage with the Spirit through art, music, poetry, prayer, the written word, and discussion.
Beginning Thursday, September 19, this class will meet weekly at 10:00 a.m. in Room 206. Leader will be Carol Lysne, PhD.

Ignite Youth Group will continue their annual tradition of volunteering at Rogers Park UMC's Holiday Cheer event. Depending on the size of our group we will either be using the church van or public transportation. For more info, please contact JJ.

Join us as we attend the Community Choir Concert from 4:00-5:30pm and then join us after for a Christmas Party in the Open Door until 7pm!
On Sunday, December 15, the Chancel Choir will present a program of most beloved spirituals at the 9:30 and 11am services. Hear soloists, chorus and congregation trace our spiritual journeys. Musical themes include Sanctuary, Freedom and Deliverance, Witness and The Coming of the Birth of Christ.

Starting Sunday, December 8 and running for three weeks, we will explore The Purpose of Christmas. Together we will explore Celebration, Salvation and Reconciliation as they apply to the Christmas experience. It is about why we celebrate Christmas and how it can change our lives forever.
