All Youth Grades 6-12 are welcome to come and enjoy a home cooked meal put together by one of our volunteers! We have free time and fellowship following dinner!

11:00 p.m. - Traditional Candlelight Service
A traditional Christmas Eve service featuring the Chapel Choir and a carol-sing to greet the first moments of Christmas morning. Pastor Jim will preach on John 1:1-14, Who's in the Picture.
10:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.
Christmas Eve communion, served by Pastors Jim & Greta, in a come-and-go style, in the Chapel.
9:00 p.m. - Traditional Candlelight Service
A traditional Christmas Eve service featuring the Chancel Choir and a candlelight carol-sing. The message will be given by Pastor Greta.
7:00 - A Family Service of Lessons and Carols
A Family Service featuring the Connection Choir, we will share in Christmas Eve Communion as well as a candlelight carol-sing. The message will be given by Youth Minister JJ Mannschreck.
A worship celebration especially geared for children, with music provided by the Angel, Cherub and Chorister Choirs.
All Youth are invited to come and help us put together a host of Luminaries for the Christmas Eve service. We will teach you how, no experience necessary!
On Sunday Nights when there is no Youth Group - Ignite is opening their doors for Alternative Sundays! All Youth are welcome to come for fellowship and fun. There will be a quiet room for those who bring their homework, and we will have all of our Youth facilities open - pool table, air hockey, ping pong and the gym.
Come and join us in an open, positive, Christian environment. 4-6pm. There is no meal served on Alternative Sundays.
Please join us on Sunday, Dec. 22, for our Annual Family Christmas Caroling event to DGFUMC homebound members. Meet in the church parking lot at 2:45pm. Caroling will conclude at 4:30 with hot beverages and snacks to follow at Tom and Rosie Roose’s home.

Starting Sunday, December 8 and running for three weeks, we will explore The Purpose of Christmas. Together we will explore Celebration, Salvation and Reconciliation as they apply to the Christmas experience. It is about why we celebrate Christmas and how it can change our lives forever.
