Practice for our Chorister Choir, our 3rd, 4th and 5th grade choir.

Practice for our Angel Choir, our Pre-K, 3,3 & 5 year olds choir.

Registration for our children's Angel, Cherub, Chorister, and Connection Choirs will take place in the Parlor prior to rehearsals.

Jesus; His Life, Death and Resurrection will be an adult class offered at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings, beginning September 13 and continuing through November 22.

The class, led by Del Hargreaves, will use the Gospel of Matthew in the Bible as its textbook. The sessions will cover: Birth, Baptism and desert experience; Early Ministry and the calling of the disciples; the ministry of Jesus; his arrest, trial, and crucifixion; and Resurrection.

Saturday, September 12
8:30 a.m.

The second Saturday in September is traditionally a church wide Share Our Skills (S.O.S.) event when members are encouraged to come between 8:30 a.m. and noon to help spruce up the church before Rally Day.

The season kick off for the Chancel Choir, our church's adult choir.

Wednesday, September 9
Carpool to leave church parking lot at 11:00 a.m.

Following a lunch at Seven Dwarfs Restaurant in Wheaton at 11:30 a.m., the group will tour Stacy’s Corner Store Tavern Museum in Glen Ellyn at 1:30 p.m. Museum entrance fee is $5.00. All senior adults are welcome to join us. To register visit the Young At Heart table each Sunday in the parlor or call Marilou Welch at 630.968.4136.

This month, the group will discuss Good Chinese Wife by Susan Blumber-Kason, a stunning memoir of an intercultural marriage gone wrong. Blumber-Kason recounts her struggle to be the perfect traditional "Chinese" wife to her increasingly controlling and abusive husband.

Please read the book and come ready to share your thoughts!

Come join us from 6-8pm. This is for all youth who are entering the 6th Grade in the Fall through graduated Seniors. Come play Gaga Ball & Jungle Pong!
