Worship Services

This service, which is in the intimate setting of the Heartt Memorial Chapel, consists of hymns, prayers, scripture readings, and a sermon. There is no Sunday School during this service.

Messy Church is a new kind of service on the second Sunday of the month for parents and children to share. There will be a time to make crafts as a family, a short (and lively) time of gathering, and a family friendly lunch. This time will be about building community along with thinking about that greater power that is creator and love of all.

This service of hymns, prayers, scripture readings and a sermon is held in the Sanctuary, with special music performed by the Chancel Choir and Chancel Ringers. All children from Kindergarten through 6th grade start in the Sanctuary for worship. After the Moment for Children, 1st-6th graders may go with Pastor John to Sunday School.

All children from Kindergarten through 6th grade start in the Sanctuary for worship. After the Moment for Children, 1st-6th graders may go with Pastor John to Sunday School. All 1st-3rd graders need to be signed-in on the sheets located just outside the sanctuary. Children may be picked up in rooms 212-218 following the service.

All children from Kindergarten through 6th grade start in the Sanctuary for worship and invited to come forward to share in the Moment for Children. Afterwards, children may return to their families for worship or go with Pastor John to Sunday school. Preschool children will be in the nursery. Kindergarten through 5th grade will return to the sanctuary during the final hymn.
