This December, we are offering an opportunity for those seeking a more personal, reflective Advent worship experience. Perhaps this year has been one of personal loss, financial difficulty, or the stress of all the holiday hoopla is just too much and you need a break, then this is a service designed for you.
Do you have a favorite tabletop nativity scene that you would like to share with our church family? Does it have a story? How old is it? Has it been passed down from your grandparents or someone else or did you buy it new? Is it from a different country? Tell us about your nativity and then we would love to display your tabletop nativity at our Nativity Open House on December 8!
Here’s the scoop:
We will honor our recently deceased members, or relatives, of the congregation on Sunday, November 3 at all three services. We invite you to send a photo of your loved one to be included in the presentation. Please send the photo in jpeg format to Sharon Harman by October 23.
Please join us next Sunday at the 9:30 and 11:00 workship services for Choir Dedication Sunday. Each choir (bells, too!) will be presenting special music for the congregation. We hope to see you then!
