When you walk in the CROP Hunger Walk on Sunday, October 20, you are raising money to help fight hunger and also walking in solidarity with all of those people around the world who are walking for food, water, and firewood each day. Help us reach our goal of 50 walkers for the 50th CROP Walk!
Stop in the parlor on Sunday to sign up to walk or for a donation envelope. If you can't walk, consider sponsoring one of our pastors. Rumor has it that John Smoke said if we don't reach 50 walkers, he will carry a 50 lb. bag of cat litter during the walk! Let's help John out!!!!
The South DuPage community have raised over $800,000 over the past 30 years through holding this annual CROP Hunger Walk, which helps to support the grassroots, hunger-fighting development efforts of Church World Service (CWS) partner agencies in more than 80 countries.
