Senior High Youth Group
All Senior High Youth (grades 9-12) are welcome to come and hang out! There's fellowship, bible study, and tons of games/fun.
Ignite Community Meal
All Youth (grades 6-12) are welcome to come and join us for a home cooked meal! Of course we will play a game or activity afterwards!
Ignite Junior High Youth Group
All Youth grades 6-8 are welcome to come and hang out! There's some free time, a bible lesson and lots of games!
All-Church Conference - Parsonage Proposal
An all church conference will be held on Sunday Feb 23 after the 11:00 service. The purpose of this meeting will be a presentation and vote to sell the 1108 Maple parsonage. Mike Davenport is proposing an alternate use for the Grove street property. Please follow the link below to view his proposal.
The Wesleyan Way - A Faith that Matters
Beginning January 12, 2014, the church is offering an eight week program about the beliefs and practices of Wesleyan Christianity. This is a great opportunity to find out about the foundations of our faith.
Membership Information Session
If you are interested in joining DGFUMC, or learning more about the church, new member classes will be held in Room 202 on Sunday, February 16th (9:30) and Sunday, February 23rd (11:00).
Foundations Class
Beginning January 5, 2014 at 9:30 a.m., the Foundations Adult Sunday School Class will be laying groundwork for discussions on: Evil, Religion and Science, Other Religions, Evangelism and Tolerance, The God of the Old Testament, Jesus and Christianity, Resurrection, The Gnostic Gospels, and The Sins of the Church, and Forgiveness.
